California Proposition 65 Status
The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65) requires that the Governor of California revise and republish at least once per year the list of chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity.
Wavelength Electronics has reviewed the list. None of our products contain the listed substances in a concentration or form that would produce toxicity. Chemicals used in manufacturing are in compliance with OSHA regulations.
We are committed to ensuring continuing compliance with hazardous substances initiatives, such as REACH and Proposition 65, and pursuing sustainability globally.
