Wavelength products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time noted in the product datasheet. During the warranty period, Wavelength will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective.

Limitations of Warranty: The warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper use or misuse of the product or operation outside published specifications. Warranty for the LAB instruments is voided if the instrument cover has been removed for any reason. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Wavelength specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Returns: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all products returned to Wavelength. The Buyer shall prepay shipping charges to Wavelength.

RMA: Contact your sales representative or distributor to receive an RMA number.

Warranty Service/Repair: For warranty service or repair, the product(s) must be returned to the factory. Wavelength shall pay shipping charges to return the product to the Buyer upon determination of defective materials or workmanship. However, the Buyer shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for products returned to Wavelength from another country.

Refunds: For refunds, the product(s) must be returned to the factory. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
