It\u00a0provides 16 A output current at 80% efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most important components affecting noise\u00a0performance is the power supply used to power the laser\u00a0driver. A linear\u00a0supply will offer lower noise, but a much larger size and\u00a0lower efficiency.<\/p>\n<h6>SIMPLE POWER CONNECTIONS<\/h6>\n<p>This PWRPAK offers enough current and voltage to operate\u00a0the LD15CHA in single supply operation. It has a 5 V\u00a0output to power the control electronics and provide up to\u00a03 V to the laser. The 16 A current output covers the entire\u00a0current range of LDxCHA models.
