It is CE certified. A PDF version of the <a href=\"\/download\/general\/weicedoc.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Declaration of Conformance<\/a> is available.<\/p>\n<h6>POWERFUL AND EASY TO USE<\/h6>\n<p>The <strong>PTC5000<\/strong> drives \u00b15 amps and the <a href=\"\/product\/ptc10000-10-a-pcb-mount-temperature-controller\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PTC10000<\/a> drives \u00b110 amps to a Peltier thermoelectric cooler, and both can be configured to drive unipolar current to a resistive heater. These controllers mount directly to your circuit board.<\/p>\n<p>The PTC controllers operate from a single power supply between 5 V and 30 V. The controllers interface with a variety of temperature sensors, and the bias current is adjustable in order to maximize controller sensitivity and stability for your application temperature range and target setpoint.<\/p>\n<p>You can use the <a href=\"\/product\/ptceval-evaluation-board-for-ptc-pcb-series\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PTCEVAL<\/a> evaluation board to quickly configure the PTC controller for prototyping and benchtop use. Using the same controller for development and production helps guarantee there are no surprises when it&#8217;s time to integrate the final design.<\/p>\n<h6>PRACTICAL FEATURES ENHANCE VERSATILITY<\/h6>\n<p>Valuable features make your product more robust to real-world conditions and minimize your electronics overhead:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboard controls, combined with the ability to remotely control the PTC allows maximum application versatility.<\/li>\n<li>Built-in heatsink and fan simplifies thermal management of the controller.<\/li>\n<li>Adjustable sensor current to maximize control sensitivity.<\/li>\n<li>If the remote temperature setpoint signal is lost, the controller defaults to a standard &#8220;safe&#8221; temperature setpoint (25\u00baC when a 10 k\u03a9 thermistor is used).
