Wavelength Electronics manufactures precision electronics that are assembled into enclosures. The manufacturing team works together to achieve very high-quality standards while meeting ship dates. It is a fast-paced environment with lots of variety and an excellent team spirit. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys building things by hand. This is a temporary part or full-time position open during September & October. We need someone about 40 hours per week, so the hours could be split between multiple people or filled by just one person. We will train the right person.
Mechanical assembly includes part prep, conformal coating, fitting parts together, installing fasteners, simple testing, labeling and boxing, etc. Sometimes gloves must be worn when finger oils will affect the assembly.
