Wavelength Electronics makes precision electronics for critical Laser Systems. Our drivers are used in challenging applications like surgery, medical tests, dangerous chemical detectors, climate research and other technology that significantly improves lives. What we do matters in the world.

We’re looking for someone to care for our Customers and Account Managers.  This is the ideal position for someone who is good at accurate data entry, has a passion for juggling open tasks, easily builds rapport with professional customers, and wants to join a long-standing team.  We will train you on the technical details of laser electronics. This is a full-time position with weekends off at our Bozeman facility.

Key Objectives

  • Orders are entered and communicated to Manufacturing accurately, per established procedures.
  • Quotes, Proforma Invoices, and order confirmations are issued to customers and international distributors with correct pricing and lead times.
  • Customer expectations are set appropriately because of close communication with Manufacturing.
  • Customer questions are answered accurately, with an eye on maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. This includes handling inquiries on issues with credit card orders, invoices, tracking numbers, commercial invoices, etc.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and either handle them or pass to the appropriate Account Manager.
  • Non-standard problems are solved creatively based on company policy, procedures, and sound judgment.
  • Account Managers are kept in the loop on all customer communication and have the support they need to achieve Wavelength’s sales goals. Assist with entry of data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Education & Experience

  • Requires three years experience in office administration and B2B customer service and sales support.
  • Must be tech savvy and able to learn Windows based programs.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
