Job Summary

Wavelength Electronics manufactures complicated electronics for our standard products and other high tech companies in the valley. We are a critical and reliable part of our customer’s production team. The manufacturing team works together to achieve very high-quality standards while meeting ship dates. It is a fast-paced environment with lots of variety.

We’re looking for someone to care for our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) customers. This Coordinator will learn to effectively launch & track the Manufacturing team’s efforts so jobs flow smoothly. This is the ideal position for someone who is good at tracking detail on projects, has a passion for juggling open tasks, easily builds rapport with customers, and wants to join a long-standing team. We will train the right person on the details of electronics manufacturing. This is a full-time position with weekends off at our Bozeman facility.

Key Objectives

  • After training, accurately communicate details for each build to the Manufacturing team.
  • Assign tasks to the right team members and coordinate pre-build efforts so Manufacturing can start the build on time.
  • Issue quotes and enter sales orders per established procedures.
  • Know where the team is on active builds relative to deadlines and critical path. Alert the Scheduling team if anything will cause a delivery delay.
  • Customer feedback is positive.
  • Cost of assembly meets expectations.

Education & Experience

  • Requires a BS or equivalent experience in complex project coordination
  • Must be tech savvy and able to learn and use Windows based programs such as Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
