Wavelength Electronics manufactures precision electronics that are assembled into enclosures. The manufacturing team works together to achieve very high-quality standards while meeting ship dates. It is a fast-paced environment with lots of variety and an excellent team spirit. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys building things by hand, knows how to solder under a microscope, and wants to join a long-standing team. This is a full-time position with weekends off at our Bozeman facility.

Assembly is done per instructions and to applicable quality standards.
- Inspect / Rework fine pitch electronics assemblies (0402s…) under a microscope to IPC standards
- Electro-mechanical assembly includes part prep, wire crimping, heatshrinking, installing fasteners, gluing, conformal coating, labeling, simple testing, etc. Sometimes gloves must be worn when finger oils will affect the assembly.
- Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve.
- Seamlessly communicate with team members
Education & Experience
Requires a high school education or equivalent.
