The MULTI-HTSK is designed to support a wide range of Wavelength products during product evaluation. It is robustly designed with a 18 W capacity without airflow and a 40 W capacity with airflow. To interface between the controller and the heatsink, THERM-PST thermal paste is available.
Mounting hardware and one packet of thermal paste are included.
